About the pictures
Software made the pictures on Chatham Casinos, and none of them came out of a camera. Three use real photographs of the Richmond Street building as their model, re-imagined from a fresh angle and in a different light. They show the front across the parking lot, the tower carrying the casino sign and the coffee counter at the buffet. The other four are invented still lifes: a wall clock, a coffee cup by a window, a green cloth with a brass bell and tea, and a notebook. Nobody appears in any of them, and the gaming floor is never shown.
