Coffee is on the house at Cascades. Tea and fountain pop are the other complimentary drinks, and nothing else is poured free. No outside food or drink gets past the door, so the travel mug stays in the car. Bank machines, currency exchange and lottery tickets are all available on site.
My Club Rewards, the Cascades membership card, comes at no cost. Guest Services signs people up on sight of valid ID, and the card earns points on both slots and tables. Getting there by Ride CK
Ride CK, Chatham-Kent's public transit, runs fixed routes 1 to 5 in Chatham from Monday to Saturday. Buses on those routes run from 6:15 AM to 7:15 PM, which covers a daytime visit with room on both ends. Monday to Friday, OnRequest trips take over from 7:15 PM to 12:45 AM.
